Fees cover include all consumption of water, gas, electricity.
To be added to the above prices are € 5 per person for bed linen and optional 5 € per person for 3 towels per person
On departure you will have to pay in cash: $ 50.00 for the cleaning of the accommodation.
Although it is convenient to the train station, are unfortunately present (stairs) architectural barriers to access to the rooms.
Please note that the country is closed to cars, but there is a shuttle bus.
Animals are not allowed.
Regulation
To make a reservation you we require a deposit of 30 % of the total amount of the stay. The deposit is not refundable.
Within 15 days from the beginning of the stay must be paid the full amount.
You can make payments via bank transfer or paypal and data will be disclosed if required at [email protected].
It requires the advance payment of € 100,00 / € 200,00 according to the period of the stay. The amount will be subsequently returned half transfer or paypal within 72 hours of the end of the stay.
Rooms must be left free within 10 a.m. the day of departure and will be occupied from 02 p.m on the day of arrival.
